Position Overview:
We are seeking a Local Service Coordinator who will play a vital role in coordinating legal service orders. This position demands strong data entry skills, legal research capabilities, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and contractors to ensure the smooth execution of services. The coordinator will be responsible for inputting, coordinating, and assigning new service orders while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Key Responsibilities:

• Input, coordinate, and assign new service orders.
• Conduct legal research as needed.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
• Delegate assignments efficiently to contractors.
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
• Maintain a professional and organized workflow to meet deadlines.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum typing speed of 55-60 words per minute (typing test required).
• Strong spelling and written communication skills (spelling test required).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Professional attitude with a positive, team-oriented mindset.
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Good phone etiquette and customer service skills.
