Pathways, Training & Advancement Officer Development School followed by orientation and clinical integration at a Navy medical facility; specialty training and clinical rotations based on billet requirements and experience; career progression opportunities into advanced practice roles, nursing administration, education, research, and staff positions; access to leadership courses and Navy funded graduate education for qualified officers.
