The ideal candidate will have strong technical press skills, excellent troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.Schedule2nd Shift: Monday–FridayHours: 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.Paid Shift DifferentialAir-Conditioned Production FacilityWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 2+ years of flexographic press experience in a manufacturing environment preferredExperience operating Mark Andy and/or Nilpeter presses strongly preferredStrong understanding of flexographic printing processes, materials, and quality standardsAbility to run complex jobs with minimal scrap and downtimeStrong color management and registration skillsMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityDependable attendance and strong work ethicTeam-oriented "can-do" attitudeEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate flexo label printing presses according to job specifications and production schedulesReview job tickets and verify stock, inks, plates, dies, and anilox rollsPerform line clearance and complete all start-up quality checksMaintain print quality, color accuracy, registration, and consistency throughout production runsMonitor press performance and make adjustments as neededTroubleshoot print defects, equipment issues, and material inconsistenciesComplete production documentation and job closeout accuratelyPerform routine press maintenance and cleaningMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S standardsFollow all safety procedures and wear the required PPEWork collaboratively with press support, quality, and finishing departments to meet production goalsWork overtime as required to support customer deadlinesBenefitsBenefits begin on the first of the month following hire401(k) with company match after 90 daysCompany-paid $50,000 Life InsuranceMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceSupplemental Long and Short-Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, and Legal CoverageEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid Holidays and Paid Time OffPhysical RequirementsThis position works in a manufacturing environment and requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending and reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
