Production Worker

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the industrial department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Robinson, IL

Pay Range: $16.50/hour

Shift: 1st Shift: 5:00am-1:00pm OR 2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm (2nd shift will train on 1st for 1-2 weeks)

What's the Job?

• Operate machines and move raw materials and finished goods
• Finish, inspect, and pack parts ensuring quality standards are met
• Record all defects, scrap, and pieces produced accurately
• Complete all required paperwork and maintain accurate production and quality reports
• Practice safety at all times and perform housekeeping duties

What's Needed?

• Entry Level- No experience required
• Ability to stand for 8–12-hour shifts, mandatory overtime 
• Willingness to lift up to 35 pounds and climb stairs occasionally
• Flexibility to rotate between job assignments 
• Must pass required safety tests and maintain good attendance
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
