Staff Pharmacist Ongoing PRN Coverage around Fairmount, NC

Job Description Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required. Job Title: Staff Pharmacist (PRN Coverage) Location: Rowland, NC (Three locations within 15 minutes of each other) Schedule: PRN (As needed) coverage. Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM Sunday: Closed Duties: Perform all standard functions of a retail pharmacist, including but not limited to: Prescription verification Overseeing pharmacy technicians' work Providing patient counseling Administering vaccinations (as needed) Manage varying prescription volumes ranging from 150-350 per day, depending on the location. Utilize the Computer RX or Transaction Data Systems. Requirements: Current and active North Carolina State Pharmacist license with no negative history. Flexibility with schedule and shift changes to meet the needs of the pharmacy and clients. Experience with Computer RX or Transaction Data Systems is preferred but not required. BLS certification.
