Digital Marketing Specialist

A leading asset management firm is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to help manage and grow its website, email, and social media channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a digital communications professional with 2-4 years of experience who enjoys both strategy and hands‑on execution. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize website, email marketing, and social media channels Build, test, deploy, and analyze email campaigns and automated workflows Manage website publishing, SEO, and ongoing enhancements Monitor digital analytics and identify opportunities to improve engagement Collaborate with Content, client-facing teams, Compliance, and external vendors Support content distribution, repurposing, and digital best practices Qualifications: Bachelor's degree ( with excellent academic credentials ) in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field 2-4 years of experience in digital communications, content distribution, publishing, or content operations in a regulated industry (ideally, Asset Management) Experience with websites, email communications, and social media Experience with CRM/contact-data integrations; Salesforce preferred Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills Financial services or other regulated-industry experience is required Location: New Jersey Workweek: Hybrid, 3 days in-office & 2 WFH. #J-18808-Ljbffr
