Job Title: Bilingual (Spanish/English) Auto Inside Sales Representative Location: 21420 Merchants Way, Katy, TX 77449. Job Overview Provide insurance quotes, advise customers on coverage options, convert quotes into new policies, and promote the value of GEICO policies. All without making a single cold call. Compensation & Incentives Base Salary: $23.00 per hour / $46,345 annually + 10% Bilingual Differential Performance Incentives: Earn up to an additional $60,000 annually. Sign‑on Bonus: $1,500 for licensed candidates (Personal Lines or Property & Casualty). Health & Wellness Benefits: Starting Day 1 (medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, and more). Stay informed about GEICO products and identify cross‑selling opportunities. Provide customers with peace of mind by helping them choose the right coverage. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 1 month of customer‑facing sales experience (3+ years preferred). Experience in high‑volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred. Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training and exam fees provided). High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly. Adaptable, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
