Location: Laredo CDJR – Laredo, TX
Pay Range: $60,000–$130,000+ per year

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find vehicles that meet their needs and budget
• Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience
• Present vehicle features, options, and available models
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with prospective buyers
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery
• Meet sales goals and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach
• Stay informed about inventory, vehicle features, promotions, and dealership offerings
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow up on sales opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated with a desire to meet goals and earn commission
• Ability to build rapport and establish customer relationships
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
