Job Location: 3446 Masonic Dr Alexandria, Louisiana 71301

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing patients' medical history
• Providing excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person
• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Louisiana state
• CPR and first aid certification required

Compensation: $80,000 + BOE + inclusive of productivity incentives, up to a $10,500 sign on bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
