Family Practice - Without OB Physician

The Childersburg, AL VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is actively seeking Primary Care Physicians to join our mission-driven healthcare team!

Position Overview:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday
- Patient Load: patients per day per physician, allowing time for quality, patient-centered care
- Team Model: Work as part of a Patient-Aligned Care Team ( PACT )
- Each physician is supported by a dedicated RN , LPN and MSA and has expanded support from clinical pharmacy , social work , mental health , and nutrition .
- Employment Type: Federal with full VA benefits
- Paid Time Off: 50 days of annual paid time offer per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 days paid absence for CME)
- Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) AND federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA
- Compensation: Competitive salary + performance bonuses + comprehensive federal benefits package

Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship (required)
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active and unrestricted medical license (from any U.S. state or territory)
