Schedule and Location Global Command Center Supervisor – Full‑Time, Monday‑Friday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, Manhattan, NY. Document observed events and incidents; write detailed reports. Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats. Control access to secure areas and verify identities of visitors using CCURE 9000. Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions. Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies. Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property. Qualifications 2+ years working in a command center, SOC, and/or GSOC environment. 2+ years working in a command center, SOC, and/or GSOC environment as a supervisor. 2+ years working with Genetec Video Software and CCURE 9000 Access Control. New York Security License required. Interact with sites in multiple countries / multiple states. Be authorized to work in the U.S. Strong report writing skills. Strong proficiency with technology.
