Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated professionals for a temporary position with an immediate start date. The role involves working evenings in a child and adolescent unit at an acute inpatient hospital. This position is available for a duration of 13 weeks and requires availability for 32 to 40 hours per week, including every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to adolescents, addressing their mental health and behavioral needs.
• Support the treatment of various mental health disorders and substance abuse issues.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients aged 5 through geriatric.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant healthcare role.
• Experience in child and adolescent psychiatric care is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Work Schedule

This position is designed for the evening shift, consisting of 8-hour workdays. Availability to work every other weekend is required.
