Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Experience completing evaluations, daily treatments, and discharges in a skilled nursing setting. Assignment Details Assignment is in a skilled nursing setting with a census of 120 and a high rehab-to-home population. Black scrubs are required. Productivity requirement is 90%.
