Position: LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse

Shift: 06:45 AM - 07:15 PM

The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to the Nursing Process, as guided by the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. This role requires a blend of critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and strong leadership abilities to ensure safe and efficient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills in patient care planning.
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
• Delegate patient care tasks based on the education and experience of assigned personnel.
• Supervise and support team members in delivering patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current Florida RN license or multi-state compact RN license.
• ACLS & BLS certifications required (must be from the American Heart Association).
• Experience with ventilators, tracheostomy care, and central lines is essential.
• Preferred experience in wound care.
• Commitment to starting within 2 weeks of an offer.
