The Role: We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Ophthalmic Technician/Scribe to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a true team player with a passion for patient care and a high level of attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Perform preliminary patient work-ups. Obtain and document accurate medical histories and chief complaints. Measure visual acuities (distance and near). Utilize diagnostic equipment, including auto refractors and tonometers . Assist doctors with scribe duties and patient flow. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in eye care is required. Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Preferred Skills (Plus): Experience with Visual Fields and OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography). Familiarity with EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems. Benefits: Competitive salary ($31,000– $65,000 based on experience). Paid Holidays. Paid Vacation/Time Off.
