Civil Project Manager – Land Development
We're looking for a Civil Project Engineer who excels at both technical design and client development. In this seller-doer role, you'll lead land development projects, produce high-quality Civil 3D construction documents, manage client relationships, and help grow our business.
What You'll Do
- Design and manage land development projects from concept through construction
- Prepare grading, drainage, and utility plans in Civil 3D
- Oversee project scope, budgets, schedules, and quality
- Build strong relationships with clients, agencies, and project teams
- Mentor junior engineers and support business development efforts
What You Bring
- Experience in site civil/land development design
- Strong Civil 3D production skills
- Proven project management and client-facing experience
- Seller-doer mindset with business development interest or success
- Public sector experience is a plus
