Front Desk & Customer Success Coordinator

Compass hires a Customer Success Coordinator to welcome guests and uphold our office standards across Santa Barbara and Montecito. You’ll deliver 5-star service, support our tools, and assist with marketing requests in a dynamic, in-office role.
You’ll help maintain the office environment, support technology adoption, and collaborate with the agent experience team to resolve inquiries and coordinate events.
