Analyzing and processing low to mid-level auto and transportation claims, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Claims Representative will manage property damage and injury claims, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution while working remotely. Key responsibilities Processes auto property damage and lower-level injury claims, assessing damage and ensuring accurate documentation Develops action plans to meet state-required deadlines and facilitate prompt claim resolution Communicates with insured, clients, and agents regarding claim actions and maintains professional client relations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred Secure and maintain the State adjusting licenses as required for the position Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements Knowledge of total loss processing and State salvage forms and title requirements preferred Ability to review and assess property damage estimates and negotiate claims effectively
