PM) is to assist with managing all project aspects, including the responsibilities and tasks outlined below. design partners, subcontractors and suppliersQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree2+ years of related experience, including experience with self-perform capabilitiesDemonstrated experience building strong partnerships and trust with external partners, including owners, owner's representatives, design firms, and subcontractorsPreferred:Estimating and field experienceScheduling experience preferredSkills:Strong collaboration and verbal and written communication skills with the ability to function as an In addition, employee must be able to move around prospective or current project sites. This includes climbing ladders, walking on uneven surfaces, walking long distances, and climbing stairs.
