Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot ventilators and related respiratory support devices; monitor patient response. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate respiratory care for patients of all ages. Document care accurately in the chart and communicate changes to the multidisciplinary care team. Adhere to infection control practices, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize patient outcomes. Requirements Active Respiratory Therapist credential (RRT) or eligibility to practice in the United States. Ability to work night shifts in an acute care setting; capable of caring for patients across the age spectrum. Prior hospital or acute care respiratory therapy experience preferred. Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment and adapt to a new facility. Strong communication and documentation skills; able to work within a multidisciplinary team.
