CDL‑A DRIVERS WANTED
HOME DAILY | $300/DAY | $1,500–$1,800/WEEK
Bright Flag Recruiting has partnered with BR Williams Trucking, LLC (BRW) to hire experienced CDL‑A Drivers to join their team in the Lincoln, AL area .
If you’re looking for stable, home‑daily work with consistent runs and strong weekly pay — we want to talk to you.
WHAT WE OFFER- $1,500–$1,800 average weekly pay
- $300 per day
- 1099 position
- Paid weekly via direct deposit
- Home daily — local routes
- Initial PPE provided
- Full‑time | 5–6 days per week
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays
- Afternoon and evening shifts available (dispatch between 1:00 PM and 1:00 AM)
- Pick up tractor at BRW Truck Yard (Eastaboga, AL 36260)
- Run between Honda plants in Lincoln, AL and local suppliers
- Deliveries to:
- Rainsville, AL
- Cullman, AL
- Clanton, AL
- International day cabs or sleeper cabs
- Drop & hook freight
- Multiple runs per shift (typically 2–3 trips)
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (held for at least 2 years)
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 2 years required
- Willing to wear required PPE, including:
- Hi‑vis vest
- Hard hat
- Steel‑toe work boots
- Eye protection
- Must meet DOT requirements
- No revoked or suspended license, DUI, DWI, or reckless driving violations
- No more than 2 moving violations within the last 36 months
- No more than 1 preventable accident within the last 12 months
