Position Casual Part‑Time – Sunglass Hut (Store #004144) Responsibilities Drive sales and build relationships, hitting sales targets. Develop expertise in vision, offering tailored advice and recommending eyewear solutions. Enhance skills through hands‑on training and collaboration with experienced professionals. Work closely with the team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment. Create a welcoming store atmosphere by keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. Foster inclusion and respect for customers and colleagues. Qualifications Passion for customer service; prior retail or customer‑service experience is a plus. Sales savvy—using communication skills to engage customers and drive sales. Tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented—comfortable with technology and accurate with transactions. Fashion forward—interest in eyewear and fashion trends to help customers find their look. Self‑motivated and adaptable—driven, resilient, and eager to learn in fast‑paced environments. Benefits Pay range $16.00–$18.88 per hour, with a competitive bonus and/or commission plan.
