Job Responsibilities

• Cultivate Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their goals.
• Implement Targeted Therapies: Apply evidence-based techniques to boost patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily activities.
• Work with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with fellow therapists, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic modalities to foster continued progress outside of clinical settings.
• Assess and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans to ensure patient success.

Education Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Continuing education or additional certifications encouraged and supported.

Licensing

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
