Location: North Platte, Nebraska

Start Date: 08-05-2026

End Date: 11-04-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver therapy interventions per the Physical Therapist's plan of care
Document patient progress and response to treatment accurately and timely
Assist with patient education and home exercise programs to support recovery goals
Communicate patient status updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards for quality care

Qualifications

Active state Physical Therapist Assistant license or the ability to obtain one
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Commitment to helping patients restore mobility and improve their quality of life

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy interventions and treatment planning
Patient care and patient education techniques
Accurate clinical documentation
Effective communication with supervising PTs and care teams
