Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals overcome mental health challenges. As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans. Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development. Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards of practice. Requirements Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Current licensure in New Jersey as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
