Temporary Lms Data Entry Specialist Overview

Supports the implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS) through data entry, record migration, and administrative support activities. Responsible for entering, validating, and organizing training records while ensuring data accuracy throughout the implementation process. Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has advanced Excel skills, and is eager to learn new technology systems. Position supports LMS implementation activities, including data entry, migration, cleanup, validation, imports, configuration, and training administration. Maintains confidentiality of employee information while supporting LMS implementation and related administrative activities. Hours: 2040 hours per week. Remote / Hybrid.

Job Duties

• Perform all data entry and migration activities associated with LMS implementation
• Assist with LMS configuration, including curricula, training assignments, organizational structures, and user profiles
• Conduct data cleanup, validation, and imports
• Upload training materials and training assignments into the LMS
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information
• Support other LMS implementation and training administration activities as assigned
