Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Overview Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is hiring physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct in‑home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. This role allows physicians to benefit from flexible hours and maintain other clinical commitments while earning competitive compensation. Responsibilities Conduct in‑home visits focused on patients’ overall health and well‑being and identify potential barriers to care. Perform medication and medical history reviews, as well as a physical evaluation in the patient’s home. Provide a pre‑populated, patient‑specific form for each evaluation without prescribing medication, ordering lab tests, or altering current treatment plans. Compensation Earn up to $3,000‑$5,000 per week (average 6‑9 visits daily, base rate of $100 per completed assessment). Increase per‑visit rate up to 135% or 160% depending on working counties through the Market Multiplier. Independent Contractor (1099) status with flexible scheduling. Paid collaborative physician roles available in certain states. Benefits Airfare, hotel, and rental car available depending on eligibility. Availability incentives based on weekly availability. Malpractice coverage. Flexible schedule; shifts available Monday‑Sunday (no nights/weekends required). Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO). State medical license required.
