Our Baltimore office is now building internal design teams to meet increasing project demand and support our long-term growth strategy.Position Summary: We are hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead HVAC system design and develop a growing mechanical design team. This position requires both technical excellence and leadership ability, as well as experience designing systems for institutional, healthcare, and federal projects.Key Responsibilities:Design HVAC systems and perform energy/load calculationsConduct system surveys and write technical specificationsOversee QA/QC and ensure code complianceManage and mentor junior engineersLead client meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teamsQualifications:PE license requiredMinimum 10 years of HVAC design experienceU.S. Citizenship with clearance eligibilityRevit, AutoCAD, and Trace 700/IES proficiency2+ years of project management experience (preferred)
