Description Market Manager Location: Old Edwards Reserve at Lake Keowee | Sunset, SC Department: Food & Beverage Reports To: Director of Clubhouse Operations Status: Full-Time | Exempt Join Our Team Old Edwards Reserve at Lake Keowee is seeking an energetic, hospitality-focused Market Manager to lead our Market operations. This leadership role is perfect for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, creating memorable member experiences, and driving operational excellence in a luxury private club setting. Responsibilities: Lead the daily operations of the Market, ensuring exceptional service and quality. Train, coach, and develop a high-performing team. Create staff schedules, approve timecards, and manage labor efficiently. Deliver outstanding member experiences and resolve concerns professionally. Ensure food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards are met. Support club events, special functions, and seasonal programming. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Market environment. Foster a positive team culture focused on hospitality and continuous improvement. Requirements Compenticies: 3–5 years of hospitality, restaurant, resort, or private club management experience. Proven leadership and team development skills. Strong communication and organizational abilities. Experience with scheduling, inventory, payroll, and budgeting. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Paycom, and POS systems. ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain). Must be at least 21 years of age.
