We are looking for a reliable, sharp-eyed 3rd Shift Shipping Team Lead to own the overnight operations. In this role, you aren't just a "night owl"you're the quarterback for our shipping department. You'll be responsible for keeping the team on track, ensuring every pallet is perfect, and making sure our morning crew walks into a win. Shift & Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $23.54 per hour

• Shift Hours: 10:00 PM 6:00 AM

• Key Responsibilities

• Shift Leadership: Direct and motivate a team of shipping associates to hit nightly throughput targets.

• Workflow Execution: Manage the staging and loading of outbound trailers to ensure 100% on-time departure.

• Quality & Accuracy: Perform final audits on shipments to ensure correct labeling, item counts, and documentation (BOLs).

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce all safety protocols, ensure PPE is worn, and maintain a clean warehouse environment (5S).

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate (and oversee the operation of) forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks.

• System Management: Utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory movement and resolve discrepancies.

• Shift Hand-off: Complete end-of-shift reports to provide the 1st shift supervisor with a clear status update on all pending tasks.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in a warehouse/shipping environment; at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.

• Equipment: Current or prior certification on Power Industrial Trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet jacks.

• Technical: Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, and scanning software).

• Physical: Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

• Reliability: A "no-excuses" approach to attendancethe 3rd shift depends on its leaders being present.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
