What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient interactions and care activities accurately
Educate patients and families regarding health management and post-discharge care
Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards

What You Need:

Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana
Minimum of 2+ years ER or acute care nursing experience
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare software
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
Certifications in specialty nursing areas
