Job Description:

Join a growing industry leader in power management solutions as a Production Assembler, working in a dynamic production environment. This hands-on role includes applying insulation materials, cutting and taping components, and ensuring quality craftsmanship. You’ll work alongside skilled professionals while learning from experts in the field. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Apply and cut insulation materials according to specifications and production requirements
• Tape and sleeve leads, apply wrappers, and adhere to adhesive and layering standards
• Follow blueprints, insulation cards, and work orders precisely
• Maintain clean and organized work areas while meeting safety and production goals
• Accurately document work per company procedures and adhere to quality standards

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Comfortable using measuring tools including tape measures, micrometers, and calipers
• Willingness to work overtime when needed

The base salary range for this position is $35,360, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
