The initial over-the-road training phase pays a flat rate of $650 per week. How Does the Onboarding Work for Beginners? You are paired with an experienced driver trainer for a period of 4 to 6 weeks. Learning happens on actual highways with real loads, completely bypassing simulators and classrooms. You get your own keys and your own truck the moment your trainer confirms you are ready.
