Cafe Barista - Frisco Market Center - Urgently Hiring

Main Event Frisco in Frisco, TX is hiring for a full time or part time Cafe Barista! As a Cafe Barista, you are responsible for crafting quality drinks, as well as offering an exceptional customer experience to our guests. Experience is a plus, but not necessary. All Cafe Baristas will be trained on the bar to ensure drink making skills are up to par with Main Event Frisco's standards. Further responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests with a smile, and a positive and kind attitude
• Providing knowledgeable customer service that educates guests about our menu
• Maintaining cleanliness behind the bar and in the dining area
• Performing opening and closing duties, as listed
• Performing daily and weekly cleaning tasks
• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality
• Assisting with storage, stocking, and maintenance of all products

Qualifications:

• Food Handlers certification or willingness to obtain
• Knowledge of coffee and tea a plus
• Sense of humor and willingness to have meaningful engagement with guests and staff
