Senior Treasury Analyst

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Senior Treasury & Corporate Finance Analyst to join a dynamic finance team. This role is critical in managing the company’s liquidity, banking relationships, debt compliance, and financial risk, while also supporting strategic corporate finance initiatives. Key Responsibilities Treasury & Cash Management Monitor daily cash positions, manage liquidity, and optimize short- and long-term cash flow. Execute treasury operations including wire transfers, funds concentration, and bank account administration. Maintain ERP and Treasury Management System (TMS) configurations and reporting. Analyze bank fees, oversee banking relationships, and evaluate new products or services for efficiency and cost savings. Support month‑end and quarter‑end close activities, ensuring accurate treasury reporting. Ensure compliance with debt covenants, internal controls, SOX, and regulatory requirements. Corporate Finance Support strategic financing initiatives, including capital structure optimization and debt or equity transactions. Conduct financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment evaluation to guide corporate decisions. Assist in long‑term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives. Prepare and present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Process Improvement Drive automation and process enhancements across treasury and finance functions. Lead or contribute to treasury‑related projects, system upgrades, and process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 4+ years of experience in corporate treasury, corporate finance, or financial operations. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with SAP/TMS a plus. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Solid understanding of banking operations, cash management, capital markets, and corporate finance principles. Preferred: MBA and/or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
