The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy car wash facility and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. /n /n Responsibilities: /n /n - Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring that they are following company policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer service /n - Train new staff members on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols /n - Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality control /n - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment /n - Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and safe for both staff and customers /n - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management /n - Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager to meet business needs. /n /n /n Requirements: /n /n - High school diploma or equivalent /n - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills /n - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively /n - Excellent communication and customer service skills /n - Attention to detail and commitment to quality control /n - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays /n - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office /n /n /n If you are a dedicated and reliable individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
