Qualifications Here's What You Need Nursing Diploma Nursing Req Or Associate's Degree Nursing Req Or Bachelor's Degree Nursing is preferred 1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program is required 2 years of ER experience is strongly preferred RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire is required And BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly is required CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 days is required And ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days is required NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 Days is required And PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support 90 Days is required Or ENPC - Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course 6 Months is required And TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course 12 months is required A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
