Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Telemetry

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for Med/Surg Telemetry assignments. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care on a night shift, ensuring safety, and maintaining compliance with facility standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Recognize and interpret ECG rhythms accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a PERMANENT Ohio license or compact license in hand at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 18 months of PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments.
• Complete all required background checks and clearances within specified timeframes.
• Reference from a supervisor or manager from within the past 12 months is required.
