Medical Records Specialist II — EMR & CDI Support
Community Medical Group
Community Medical Group in Miami, FL, is seeking a meticulous Medical Records II to support patient care and value-based initiatives. You will retrieve records, update the EMR, and coordinate requests while ensuring privacy and accuracy. The role partners with the CDI team to close HCC documentation gaps and maintain auditable records in the EMR.
