Job Summary:
As a Design Consultant (Sales Consultant), you'll have the opportunity to shape and improve the lives of homeowners by offering customized, in-home consultations. This is a role where youre not only selling top-quality products but also building a business within a business . Every day, youll present our suite of exterior remodeling productsdesigned to enhance the look and efficiency of each home you touch. Using our proven sales methodology, product samples, and interactive sales tools, youll guide homeowners through the decision-making process, craft tailored proposals, and secure contracts on the spot. In addition, youll be an ambassador of our brand, seeking reviews, referrals, and ongoing relationships to expand our reach.

Your ability to develop strong client relationships and actively build your network through job site visits, reviews, and referrals will be key to your successand your income.

What You'll Do:

• Engage in our comprehensive training program and stay up-to-date on product advancements.
• Conduct pre-scheduled, company-provided sales appointments with potential customers in their homes.
• Build strong relationships with clients by actively listening, understanding their needs, and creating solutions.
• Demonstrate our products' features and benefits using hands-on samples and presentations.
• Provide custom quotes and secure signed contracts on the first visit.
• Conduct on-site measurements to produce accurate estimates for project materials.
• Partner with our customer service team to maintain an exceptional customer experience.
• Network and prospect to identify additional potential customers.
• Take ownership of your business by conducting job site visits to maintain customer satisfaction and ensuring project excellence.
• Actively seek out reviews and referrals from satisfied customers, creating a strong network that will help grow your business.

What We're Looking For:

• Sales experience is a bonus but not requiredyour drive and passion are what matter most.
• Experience in the home improvement or construction industry is preferred but not a must.
• Specialized sales training (such as Sandler) is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and people skills, with a focus on building trust and following up with clients.
• Proficient with Windows 11 and Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent individuals who are detail-oriented.
• Respectful, customer-focused mindset with an eye for precision.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends to meet customers needs.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus!
