divh2Post Closing Review Specialist/h2pThis position will operate with the Loan Operations department, located at 301 West Maine, Suite 110 Enid, OK 73701./ph3Objective/Summary/h3pThe Post Closing Review Specialist is responsible for reviewing real estate, commercial, and consumer closed loan files to ensure accuracy and completeness and their compliance with regulations, Bank policy and procedures, and loan document perfection laws. Documents loan exceptions accordingly./ph3Essential Functions/h3ulliPerforms post-closing review for all new, renewed, assumed, and modified loans. This includes examining the promissory note, mortgage, security agreement, title policy, closing disclosures, and any other required loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations./liliInputs loan documentation exceptions into the exception tracking system./liliPerforms UCC searches./liliImages all documentation into the imaging software./liliInteracts in a professional, courteous manner with customers, co-workers, vendors, etc./liliMaintains strict confidentiality guidelines in accordance with Company policy./liliDemonstrates knowledge and expertise of general bank accounting procedures and support the Companys overall mission, standards, policies and procedures, and confidentiality guidelines./liliMaintain personal grooming and company dress and appearance standards./liliMaintain company attendance standards./liliOther tasks as assigned./li/ulh3Education, Experience and Requirements/h3ulliHigh school diploma, GED or equivalent; Bachelors Degree Preferred./liliOne year or more with loan documentation./liliSatisfactory credit and criminal background check./li/ulh3Skills and Physical Demands/h3pSkills:/pulliHard Skills: Proficient in basic computer operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
