Environmental, Health & Safety Field RepresentativeEnsure all your application information is up to date and in order before applying for this opportunity.We are partnering with a well-established construction company seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Field Representative to support a large project near El Paso, TX.This is a hands-on, field-based safety position for someone who enjoys being out on the job site, working directly with crews and operations, and taking ownership of creating and maintaining a safe work environment. The EHS Field Representative will help administer company and client safety programs, conduct site inspections and audits, support incident investigations, maintain required documentation, and ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and procedures.What You'll DoConduct ongoing safety inspections and audits across the project siteIdentify unsafe conditions or work practices and take timely corrective actionEnsure employees and contractors comply with company, client, OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other applicable safety requirementsVerify completion and documentation of daily JSAs and toolbox meetingsSupport incident investigations and help identify corrective actions to prevent recurrenceMaintain accurate safety logs, inspection reports, certifications, and other required documentationAssist with safety training and programs related to OSHA, DOT, EPA, OQ, and other applicable standardsWork closely with field leadership, crews, client safety representatives, and the broader EHS teamInspect and maintain safety and testing equipment in accordance with established requirementsConduct site reviews and audits and recommend opportunities to improve safety performanceHelp drive a strong safety culture while maintaining productive relationships with field personnelWhat We're Looking For4+ years of safety experience within construction, oil & gas, pipeline, or a similar field environmentOSHA 30 strongly preferredBCSP certification strongly preferredAdditional certifications such as OSHA 510/511, CHST, EMT, or PEC Instructor are a plusStrong knowledge of field safety practices, regulations, and documentation requirementsExperience conducting site inspections, audits, JSAs, and incident investigationsAbility to communicate effectively with xhyhwjd field crews, supervisors, clients, and leadershipComfortable addressing unsafe practices directly and stopping work when necessaryStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field environmentSelf-motivated, practical, and comfortable spending the majority of the day in the fieldHigh school diploma or GED requiredThe OpportunityThis is an opportunity to take on a highly visible safety role supporting a major project with an established construction organization.
