What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Drive sales through excellent service and upselling techniques
- Maintain store appearance and product displays
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets and ensure a positive environment
- Execute daily opening and closing procedures to maintain operational standards
- Intake, verify, and process product
- Daily store cash handling
- Opening and Closing Procedures - Support day to day operations by completing assigned tasks and projectsWhat We’re Looking For:
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy setting
- Passion for our brand and products
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
