AM shift (part time no benefit)

3 shifts in a pay period (24 hours per pay period excluding meal breaks)

AM shift (part time)

6 shifts in a pay period (48 hours per pay period excluding meal breaks)

NOC shift(part time)

10 pm - 6 am 7 shifts in a pay period (56 hours per pay period excluding meal breaks)

NOC shift(part time no benefit)

10 pm - 6 am every other weekend (16 hours per pay period excluding meal breaks)

Pay Range : $18.00 - $24.00 / hour Location : Seven Hills Senior Living - 733 Selby Ave St. Paul MN 55104 Resident Assistant Benefits (based on status): Available to all shifts

Resident Assistant Job Objective(s): The Resident Assistant is responsible for providing hands-on care, both physical and emotional, as outlined in each resident’s service agreement. Responsible for effectively communicating with residents, families, and notifying the case manager of any changes in condition or concerns. The Resident Assistant assists in the dining room and participating in activities and outings.

Resident Assistant Job Responsibilities: Assist residents with ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the individualized service agreement Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence. Provide residents with both physical and emotional support. Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement The Resident Assistant observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to the case manager. Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate. Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc. Medication Administration

Qualifications: Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred) Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident’s best interests.
