Home Loan Specialist, Disclosures

Insight Global is looking for a full-time Customer Service professional for the loan servicing team of a large mortgage client in St. Louis, Missouri. The Base File Home Loan Specialist is an entry-level position supporting multiple mortgage channels. This role is responsible for reviewing, organizing, and maintaining initial documentation for home loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lending guidelines. The specialist facilitates efficient processes that support business objectives and customer service standards, starting with basic disclosure tasks and progressing to advanced responsibilities over time.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working overtime when needed.
Proven employment stability (consistent work history).
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in mortgage or financial services industry.
Familiarity with disclosure processes and compliance requirements.
