Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Room (ER) setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 24 months of ER experience, with at least 12 months of recent clinical practice.Shift and SchedulingScheduled shifts from 4 PM to 4:30 AM.36 hours scheduled per week with 24 hours guaranteed.Willingness to float between multiple locations is required, primarily between two designated facilities.Weekend requirements will be determined by the facility.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality, compassionate care to patients within the Emergency Room.Ensure compliance with all healthcare standards and protocols.Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills.QualificationsMinimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience required.Recent clinical experience within the past 12 months.Active Arizona nursing license free of any state violations is mandatory.Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC from approved vendors.Travel experience is highly preferred.Additional InformationCandidates must be flexible regarding locations, shifts, and departments.
