What You’ll Contribute The Specialist, Servicing will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and providing timely, accurate information about products, services, and policies. Provide comprehensive guidance to customers, assisting with account inquiries and other service-related requests. Utilize various tools, systems, and resources to provide accurate resolutions to customer concerns. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the designated systems. Minimum Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or other contact center software. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a customer service or contact center role.
