Clinical Supervisor (Women's Treatment) Hours: Monday - Friday and one late night (flexibility needed) Location: Secaucus and Paterson, New Jersey Sign on bonus: $5000 (Full Time Only) (New Employees Only) Job Summary: A Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising and monitoring the work of the counselors who report to him/her and ensuring that the clients on their supervisees’ caseloads receive high-quality substance abuse treatment services. They are also responsible for ensuring that their supervisees meet all of Straight & Narrow’s personnel requirements and for assuming other responsibilities that may fall under the purview of the supervisory team. Qualifications: Master’s degree in social work, Human Services or Psychology with LCADC and a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) OR LPC/LCSW and the Clinical Supervisor Certification respectively. A minimum of two years’ experience in the field of addictions treatment is required.
