We are seeking a skilled professional to join our finance and accounting department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hybrid role at our Mason, OH location, where you'll collaborate with process leaders to enhance operational reporting and perform in-depth analytics. Key Responsibilities- Develop KPIs and enhance operational reporting.
- Perform analytics to highlight process opportunities.
- Complete month-end close responsibilities and analyze financial data.
- Retrieve and mine data from key systems such as SAP and Business Objects.
- Prepare reports, graphs, and trend analyses.
- Coordinate with management to summarize financial and operational data.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- ERP system knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SAP.
