Material Handler - 2nd Shift

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to pick, pack and ship orders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Utilize Barcode Scanners to perform Pick, Put-Away & Shipping transactions.
- Provide backup for team in Warehouse, performing various duties as assigned.
- Must be able to operate all material handling equipment, use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety rules and company policies.
- Communicate with others as needed to prevent and resolve problems or issues.
- Notify Supervisors of problems that are not resolvable.
- High degree of accuracy required on all transactions.
- Housekeeping - maintain clean and orderly work area.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Must have lift truck license or be able to pass certification test.
- Must be able to use man-lift and be able to pick material from high places.
- Must have an excellent attendance record.
- Must be able to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively through the day.
- Person needs to be detail oriented to ensure record accuracy is maintained at the highest level.
- Willing to work in other areas or different shifts of the department as assigned.
- Must be able to work overtime on short notice.
- Demonstrates effective communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must possess basic computer skills. Oracle experience preferred.
